Appointment Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required – failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a $75 cancellation fee. A $75 deposit is required for all appointments, which will be applied to the total cost of the appointment if kept.

Guests are requested to arrive for their appointment on time.

Guests that arrive late to their appointment by 15 minutes or more may be asked to reschedule or change their original service request to another service offering.

All sales are final at Beauty Philosophy Medical Aesthetics.
